Project inquiries

When you contact 3D Near You, you may provide your name, email, organization, project description, dimensions, quantities, file links, and delivery ZIP code. We use this information to review your request, prepare a quote, communicate with you, and carry out work you approve.

How requests are sent

If the form says “Prepare email request,” it creates an email draft in your email application. You must send that email yourself. When direct form submission is enabled, Netlify processes the submission on our behalf. Email inquiries are handled through our business email provider.

Your files

Send only content you are entitled to share. The permissions on any file link you send are controlled by the file-sharing service you use. Please contact us before sharing confidential designs or material subject to a nondisclosure agreement. Do not include payment card details, passwords, or sensitive personal information in a project request.

Website services

The website uses hosting and content-delivery services to display its pages and assets. These services may process technical data, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the website. The site does not include advertising trackers or a marketing mailing-list signup.

Retention and requests

Project information is retained as needed to respond to your inquiry, manage an approved order, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. To request access, a correction, or deletion, contact info@3dnearyou.com. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal or operational obligations.
